MeetLocal provides recharge services based on the terms of this agreement. In order to obtain the recharge services, the user (referred to as "the user" hereinafter) agrees to all the terms of this agreement and completes the entire recharge process as prompted on the webpage. By using the recharge services during the recharge process, the user fully accepts all the terms under this agreement. Before using any services provided by MeetLocal, the user should carefully read this service agreement, especially the key provisions. If the user does not agree to this recharge user agreement and/or any modifications to it, please stop using the services provided by MeetLocal. This agreement is an integral part of the "MeetLocal User Service Agreement." For matters not covered in this agreement, the "MeetLocal User Service Agreement" shall prevail.
Special Reminder: MeetLocal strongly opposes the use of recharge services by minors without the consent of their guardians. Minors should either have their guardians operate on their behalf or operate with the express consent of their guardians. Otherwise, please do not use this recharge service.
MeetLocal's recharge service provides in-app purchases for recharging. Users can recharge their accounts within the app.
Users are free to choose specific recharge methods on this recharge system and complete the recharge process according to the procedures prompted on the corresponding webpage.
After using various recharge methods, users should keep the recharge order number as a reference for future problem verification (if the user files a complaint about the recharge service but lacks the recharge order number or other valid proof, MeetLocal will not provide compensation or reimbursement).
When using recharge methods, users must carefully confirm their own accounts and select relevant operation options. If users mistakenly recharge the wrong account, select the wrong recharge type, or suffer other damages due to their own input errors, improper operations, or lack of understanding of the recharge billing methods, MeetLocal will not provide compensation or reimbursement.
If users recharge in an illegal manner or use recharge methods not specified by MeetLocal, MeetLocal does not guarantee the smooth or correct completion of the recharge. If this causes damage to the user's rights, MeetLocal will not provide compensation or reimbursement. MeetLocal also reserves the right to terminate the user's account qualification and the use of various recharge services at any time.
Users are not allowed to engage in any illegal or criminal activities through MeetLocal's recharge service, nor exploit recharge vulnerabilities for profit. Otherwise, MeetLocal has the right to terminate the service, recover illegal gains, and, in serious cases, transfer the matter to the judicial authorities.
After successful recharge, the products and subscription services added to the account can be freely used by the user. Once the user's payment is successful, online delivery is completed, and MeetLocal does not provide refund or reverse exchange services.
The corresponding channel merchants for each recharge method may set relevant recharge channel service fees according to their standards (which may be indicated on the recharge operation page or other pages of the channel merchants) and collect them when users recharge. MeetLocal hereby reminds users to pay attention to the channel service fees for each recharge method and select the recharge method according to their own needs.
If the system recharge amount is less than the user's actual recharge amount due to the recharge method, MeetLocal will make up the difference.
If the system recharge amount exceeds the user's actual recharge amount due to the recharge method, MeetLocal has the right to recover the difference.
If the system recharge amount is less than the user's actual recharge amount due to channel service fees or other reasons, it does not constitute an inaccurate recharge by the user.
MeetLocal may change the services or update the terms of this agreement according to business needs, but should promptly notify users of the modified content on the relevant webpage. Once the modified service agreement is announced on the webpage, it replaces the original service agreement.
If network recharge services need to be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance or upgrades, MeetLocal will strive to provide advance notice.
MeetLocal has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of network services under this agreement to users at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:
In addition to the circumstances mentioned above, MeetLocal also reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the network recharge services at any time without prior notice. MeetLocal is not liable for any losses caused by the interruption or termination of recharge services to users or third parties.
MeetLocal is not liable under the following circumstances:
The user agrees to safeguard and protect the interests of MeetLocal and other users. If the user violates relevant laws, regulations, or the terms of this agreement, resulting in losses to MeetLocal or other third parties, the user agrees to assume liability for damages caused by such violations.
The establishment, execution, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
All notices under this agreement may be made through important webpage announcements, emails, or regular mail. Such notices shall be deemed delivered on the date of sending. The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland United States. If any provision of this agreement is invalid due to conflict with the laws of the mainland United States, these terms shall be reinterpreted to the fullest extent possible to achieve the original purpose of this agreement, while other provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of a dispute, the parties should attempt to resolve it amicably. If amicable resolution fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a competent court.
